A fantastic building but also a building with a dark past is going to be torn down.

Asserbohus (Wikipedia) was built as a hotel and was later boarding school run by the infamous Tvind organization. The parliament shut them down and since the building has been empty. It will cost too much to repair so now it is going to be torn down.
