WWASPS Lawsuit/ Turley Law Firm
« on: September 20, 2007, 12:06:32 PM »
Does anyone know what is currently going on with this? Is there a trial date set as of yet? I keep reading about the links between Mitt Romney, and Robert Lichfield. Then the reports keep talking about this so called lawsuit, but then nothing, nada?

Will this case be heard in Salt Lake City just as the wwasps vs. pure case was?

Do you really believe that the case has gone to trial without a claim?

Judge: Motion fucking rejected.

Who ever is posting the stuff on the Woods case, how about posting the whole memorandum that supports the motion.  I think pacer said it was about 6 pages long.  I can't get it to open.  I keep getting an error message.

I don't know anything about it.  I can't get it to open.  That is why I asked you to post it.  I would like to know what their argument is with respect to their motion to dismiss.

we filed second amended complaint back in december of 06 and it has taken us a long time to fight these motions to dismiss.

you cant file a complaint without making a claim and we have SEVERAL they are simply going through the grueling paperwork wars to disscourage us from persuing.

they have even made some other moves that in my opinion prove their lawyers tactics are as obhorable as their clients

we will go to court and we will stnad strong against wwasp

futhermore The Turley Law Firm has gone above and beyond to show dedication to its clients and never in my mind have they shown one ounce of "stupidty" they are a prestigious law firm who have been responsible for representing children in cases as high profile as the arch diecies sexual abuse case.

they genuinely care about the kids who have been abused by these schools and they are fighting everyday for us.

i have alot of faith in the Turley Law Firm, and i think that will prove itself within the next year or so.

Any updates?  I don't want to start a new thread even though this thread is over 120 days.  This lawsuit was filed a long time ago.  What is going on?
