how do i request a post removed? is that possible?

someone copied and pasted a facebook post that i had participated in and i am trying to clean up my internet presence for job seeking purposes. ho can i request that it be either removed or my name removed? thank you!

PM me with the thread which needs cleanup. Then we will remove names from it if it is one of our members who have posted it.
