I have seen this posted before.

I think the piece the poster is overlooking is the time line.  In February HLA appeared to be in a downward trend , reducing staff and losing money each month.  The indication was is if the trend continued they would have to close.  Which is an obvious conclusion based on their present path.
By April the school had turned itself around by reducing expenses/staff, maybe secured outside financing or backing so there were no plans to close the doors.
There was almost a 3 month difference between the two updates.  It is far from perjury, conditions change over time.

If the school is going bankrupt, then why is the school hiring teachers, counselors, etc for Fall?

Looks to me like the same cast of losers, only smaller.  Added one more uncertified teacher holding only a BA.  Looks like they lost quite a few more than they added.
