SMOKING GUN: HUNDREDS OF CITY SCHOOL BUSES SAT UNUSED WHILE RESIDENTS OF NEW ORLEANS DIED FROM THE HURRICANE
"THE HAL TURNER SHOW HAS OBTAINED THE STATE OF LOUISIANA EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN; SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA HURRICANE EVACUATION SUPPLEMENT WHICH THE MAYOR OF NEW ORLEANS FAILED TO COMPLY WITH!

School and municipal buses, government-owned vehicles and vehicles provided by volunteer agencies may be used to provide transportation for individuals who lack transportation and require assistance in evacuating.
While Mayor Ray Nagin was urging people to evacuate (BEFORE the storm hit), hundreds of city school buses sat unused in their parking lot. Tens-of-thousands of people could have been evacuated by those buses BEFORE the storm hit, but were NOT evacuated because the Mayor did not order those buses into service.
So when you see him on TV blaming the federal government for slow response, just remember the picture of these unused buses!
