Dear Ms. XXXXXX:         

	Please note that this Firm represents Hidden Lake Academy, Inc. d/b/a Hidden Lake Academy. 
As you know, Hidden Lake Academy runs a boarding school in Dahlonega, Georgia and your son XXXXX
is a student at the School.  It has come to my attention from School officials that you have
been directly contacting employees both at the School and at their homes, as well as contacting
persons outside of the School, making untrue statements about individuals working at the School
and making untrue statements about the School’s program.  The contacts and statements you have
made have been disruptive to the operations of the School and, frankly, are simply untrue.

         Please be advised that Hidden Lake Academy will take all actions under Georgia Law to
assure that you stop making untrue statements and stop harassing our employees. Your statements
are untrue and are defamatory.  Your remarks potentially affect the relationships between the
School and/or its employees and various individuals and simply will not be tolerated. 

     Hidden Lake Academy has asked us to research and make preliminary preparations for a
lawsuit against you here in the State of Georgia. Under our law, we have jurisdiction over you
and your conduct and we will not hesitate to bring suit against you.  While we consider whether
or not a suit will be filed, we demand that you immediately cease and desist making further
negative and untrue comments about either individual employees of Hidden Lake Academy or about
the School itself.
