: I had written my granddaughter letters, even faxed one that "Safe" requested I send. I have talked to her twice by phone, and she never even seen them, and didn't know I had written them. So, this time, I sent a letter CERTIFIED, RESTRICTED DELIVERY, so SHE would have to sign for it, and would at least KNOW I did write her even if she didn't get to read it. I feel so sorry for all the children who have been abused by people who were suppose to HELP them, not destroy them. I know the ones responsible will have to pay eventually. But how many more will have to suffer before that happens?

I don't want to take away any hope, but chances are, whoever
was at the desk called for staff when a signature was required.
Staff would then grab the nearest female who would be happy to
tell a little white lie, identify herself as your grand daughter
and sign for the article for a worthy cause.

In the more commonly accepted reality, this is a
Federal felony.

Bear in mind that my experience was 17 years ago and
they may have gotten their game down a little better
by now with regard to covering their own kiesters.
But maybe not, and with your support, there's every
chance that she will come around to a point where she'll
testify to the fact that she never signed for those
letters. Save those certified reciept!
