How to participate in Ginger's forum if you don't have internet access

Maybe you have a friend who would like to particiape in Ginger's forum but doesn't have internet access. Here's what that friend can do.

1. Go to his local library, or over to a friend's (who has internet access) house.
2. Ask the librarian if she will show him how to type in an internet address on their public usage internet computer.
3. Go to one of the addresses listed below (your librarian can even help him find other free eMail addresses). These addresses will let him sign-up for a free eMail account. The eMail address he will chose does not have to have any identifying information about him. He'll need to read the offer to assure himself there is no charge. Here are the (URL) addresses:

http://www.cnet.com/internet/0-3792-7-281302.html

http://www.mailexcite.com/

4. After he gets an eMail address assigned to him, then he can go to Ginger's forum at:
