yes, it was. And, that program screwed up more kids than i can it helped. i was part of this 'program' in 1978 and my sister was as well. Warren Klein and his co-hort Joe M. were the most abusive, horrible people alive. They were surrounded by 'pseudo' counsellors who had no earthly idea what in the hell they were doing. I would love to bring a class-action suit against "Operation Re-Entry" and i am sure there would be alot who would join me
